Protect Your Vascular Health
Through Diet!

Hello. I am Hong Ji-yeon, Director of Yon Oriental Medicine Clinic.

Today, I would like to share stories of patients at Yon Oriental Medicine Clinic who not only lost weight through our diet program but also restored their compromised vascular health. Discover the importance of a diet that goes beyond simple aesthetic purposes to correct the foundations of your health.

Vascular Health Diet

experiencing these symptoms

Constant heavy feeling in the body
and chronic fatigue treated as trivial

Check 02

Frequent beer drinking 4 times a week
and spicy food for stress relief

Check 03

Bloating after meals, belching, etc.
diagnosed with gastritis via endoscopy

Check 04

Gradual decrease in menstrual flow
and occasional dizziness

Diagnosis & Result

From Red-Flag Health Status
to Amazing Changes

[Diagnosis] Severe vascular condition via Oriental pulse examination

Beyond simple weight gain, chronic fatigue, stress, and gastritis, the patient also had palpitations (chest pounding). The pulse diagnosis revealed a weak heart pulse, prompting further testing. The Oriental pulse examination result showed significantly decreased vascular elasticity (Type F), and her vascular health age was measured as 39 years older than her actual age. It was a dangerous state that could have worsened into hypertension or cardiovascular issues if left unattended.

Case 1 Treatment Results and Changes

[Result] Significant improvement in just 2 months

We prioritized improving unhealthy eating habits and started treatment with a goal of losing 10% of body weight in 3 months. After 2 months, InBody results showed a 7.7% weight loss (a 5.6kg loss in body fat alone, with a 0.5kg increase in skeletal muscle), shifting her body type from obese to plump.

The most surprising change was in her vascular health. The vascular health type improved from F to C, and her vascular health age improved significantly from +39 years to +11 years. As she is in the transition to menopause, it is not easy to reduce abdominal fat and manage blood vessels; however, through diet herbal medicine and lifestyle correction, this mid-40s office worker was able to achieve excellent improvements in her vascular health.

Case 02

A 47-year-old housewife,
shocked by a 93-year-old vascular age

Straight neck, indigestion, lethargy...
She carried the typical concerns of the 4050 generation.

Case 2 Major Symptoms
Symptom 01

Straight neck and chronic indigestion

Always felt stiffness in the back of the neck and shoulders; enjoyed flour-based and instant foods, leading to digestive issues like acid reflux.

Symptom 02

Poor sleep and vertigo

Difficulty falling asleep and frequent waking, not feeling refreshed in the morning, along with frequent orthostatic vertigo (dizziness) and headaches.

Symptom 03

Lethargy and lack of exercise

No interest in exercise, constant lethargy, and unfamiliarity with an active lifestyle, creating concerns of a vicious cycle.

Vascular Diagnosis

Shocking vascular age

Oriental pulse exam showed vascular elasticity Type E and a health index of +46. Since she is 47, her vascular age was measured at a staggering 93 years.

Long-term Care

Healthy blood vessels and a lighter body
after overcoming the 'reality check'

Because she had symptoms of 'blood deficiency' due to menopause, we avoided short-term crash diets that could strain her body and instead provided consistent coaching to help her adopt long-term, sustainable habits. Being diagnosed with a 93-year-old vascular age served as a 'reality check' that encouraged her to take responsibility, leading her to start active exercise voluntarily alongside taking the herbal medicine.

Case 2 Treatment Results and Changes

After 5 months, her weight decreased from 72.3kg to 65kg, a reduction of over 10%, and the body fat and lower-body edema that were widespread across her body returned to the normal range.

The results of the Oriental pulse examination also changed dramatically. Her vascular health type improved from E to B, and her vascular health index improved to be 10 years younger than her actual age (-10 years). Her efforts to overcome lethargy and move consistently led directly to the recovery of her vascular health.

Clinic Care

Vascular care is possible
through dieting!

Vascular management is possible to a certain extent just by effectively discharging and circulating what is excessively stored in the body.
In women, cardiovascular diseases increase rapidly after menopause when female hormones decrease, and the rate of weight loss also slows down.

The best time to start a diet is "Right Now."
