It is also noted in the <Bangyak Hap-pyeon> that "even for those who are constitutionally weak, this medicine solidifies the vital energy, promotes water circulation, and lowers fire, ensuring that no illnesses arise." A preparation made exactly according to the formulas in these classic medical texts is called 'Wonbang (Original) Gongjindan.' Wonbang Gongjindan consists of Musk (Sahyang), Deer Antler (Nokyong), Angelica Gigas (Danggwi), and Cornelian Cherry (Sansuyu), and is beloved by many for its powerful restorative effects and diverse health benefits.
